Our Rates
All work is charged on an hourly basis, to the nearest 15 minutes. There are varying rates, depending on your turnaround requirement.
You are charged only for the time spent on any given assignment. The selected rate includes all labour, stationery and operating costs, ie postage, telephone calls etc.
Invoicing is within 14 days of completion of work, with settlement due on receipt. We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit prior to commencement, where appropriate. The rates quoted are in Euros but a UK Sterling rate can be provided on request. Payment can be accepted in either UK Sterling or Euros.
Payment terms include: cheque, bank transfer and payment via Paypal.

Standard service - €25 per hour
Work is processed and returned within 24 hours of receipt, or within a pre-agreed later timescale if appropriate, depending on the volume.
Priority service - €32 per hour
Immediate real-time transcription.
Overnight service - €45 per hour
Work in by 6pm, processed and returned by 9am.
Weekend and holiday service
Rate agreed by prior arrangement.
Retainer rate
Clients can also benefit from a 10% discount on the above rates by the advance payment of a monthly retainer for a set number of hours per month to be utilised as needed.
